Bumbled into this desk on hard rubbish today. Grabbed it for Garrick. A nice upgrade on his old desk which was a garbage-bench I built out of timber I found in a worksite-skip, and was built temporarily as a work bench in order to build another table at the time...that was ~12yrs ago.
The top was a little rough, but five mins with the belt sander solved that. We've left it bare. Looks great in the room with all the other timber stuff and flooring.
